Becoming and Aggie:
Before my freshman year of high school, I do not believe I ever considered what college I wanted to attend. I researched local colleges around my hometown thinking that one of them would be a great college attend. Although they were great, I did not find what I was looking for at any of them. That's when I started to look at larger universities and that is when I came across Texas A&M. I originally came to Texas A&M because of the family-like community and the College of Veterinary Medicine. When I was admitted I was really excited to begin my journey towards becoming a veterinarian. However that all changed after my first semester. I realized that the sciences that I was required to take were not what I enjoyed doing. With that said I decided to change my major to Finance. Although I am not officially in Mays Business School, I am going to do whatever I can to accomplish my goals.
