Mindsets describe how a person thinks and the different ways that a person could approach a situation. Below you will find the seven mindsets and their definitions.
Global: The ability to understand information that is given over the traditions and cultures of various groups and individuals; and, to realize how they influence the business process that impacts the bigger environment.

Systems Thinking: This way of thinking approaches a situation that needs to be assessed on how the systems are influencing day-to-day operations.

Ethical: A business that is ethical has a set of standards that cover principles on things such as moral and social behaviors.
Social Impact: The relationship between how the business works on a social level and the ethics of the business as they work together.
Analytical: A critical aspect of every business because this type of mindset helps fix problems. This type approaches a situation with logical thinking and suggests solutions to complex situations.
Inclusion: Looking after the community in which your business is located and ensuring that there is mutual respect between the community and the business.
Entrepreneurial: The viewpoint of the companies thoughts towards entrepreneurial thinking within the workplace. this type of thinking is usually encouraged.
